Refund policy

For non-customized products: 

Our return policy is active for 30 days from the date of delivery. Should 30 days have elapsed since delivery, we regret that we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its unused, original state, identical to how it was received. Additionally, it should be contained within its initial packaging.

For customized products: 

Custom-made products are not eligible for returns. However, exceptions are made in cases where these items arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered. If you notice any discrepancies such as incorrect spelling or design errors that are our responsibility, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process:

1. Initiate the return by contacting our customer support team at support@homewithink.com. In your message, please specify your intention to request a refund or exchange, include your order number, and state the reason for the return (attaching photos of wrong/damaged items).

2. Upon receiving your request, we will review it and, if approved, you will be provided with further instructions via email on how to proceed with the return.

 

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@homewithink.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
